They were copying and pasting data from the software tools into countless spread sheets, only to copy and paste it back again. Terrible! When the instruments coughed up results, the analysts were exited. But after they had realized, that they hadn't found any proper value for any analytical database request, they were deeply disappointed. I was horrified to notice, that, after a few seconds, the analysts started their copy-and-paste-madness over again.
